Milestones Ranch Malibu recognizes that "one size does not fit all" when it comes to providing proper and appropriate treatment. We pride ourselves in customizing services to meet each client's specific needs. Milestones’ has access to a wealth of on-site resources that are not available to most other treatment programs and through the services our highly trained and experienced clinicians, can offer more intensive and adjunctive therapies. After a thorough assessment by the clinical team, each client is provided an individualized treatment plan. Each client will participate in a "core" program which includes:

In addition to the basic program, individualized components, determined by the client's needs, may be added. These include:
- Additional physical activities such as Pilates, work
with a private trainer, power hikes, swimming,
kick-boxing,tennis, etc.
- 12-step meetings and Sober Fun Outings Nightly
