Alana Hecker, LCSW
Director of Clinical Outreach

Alana has over 20 years of service in the field of addiction treatment that encompasses various clinical and business responsibilities.  She began her career as a clinician, providing individual, group, and family therapy to persons with substance dependence and co-occurring mental health issues.  After receiving her Masters degree in Social Work, her career has evolved to include internal and external Employee Assistance services, Organizational Effectiveness, and Marketing & Business Development. She is a licensed clinical social worker, and a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

Alana has partnered with diverse JCAHO and CARF accredited treatment facilities throughout the country, providing her with insight that gives value to her current understanding of the needs of Milestones and its’ clients.  “My goal is to support authentic healing so that a person may move forward and embrace a fulfilling life.”
